Fernando's sucks promised to have my Bathroom remodel in 2 weeks. During this time they were gone 2/12 days with nothing being done. Now it's been 5 weeks, they still have not installed our shower door that's been here for 2 weeks which means no use of our shower. Also we were quoted a price of $4,900 for a complete bathroom remodel which we paid. The work was started with them removing the sink, toilet, tiles and other amenities. I had carpet installed 7/23. They did a good job but we had a water problem. I made an appointment for 7/29 for carpet to be restretched, not only did nobody show up, but nobody called and store was closed. We waited for two hours then went on with our day. I tried to call but only got fax machine so drove down to store on Tuesday 8/2 and was told Fernando was in meeting for 20 minutes and would call me back. It has been 3 days and not one return call , either about missed appt or about my visit

I'm pleased with the carpet and installation. It is great, I felt like I had to kind of push them to get it ordered.
