F&D is a great company that I would recommend to anyone. Great prices. Great and quick install. Great team. Everything done was 5 stars and would absolutely use them again. The only minor issue was a miscommunication on a promotion that I was told we would receive until after the install it was brought to our attention that the project did not meet the minimum spend requirement to get it. I am deleting my previous review from a few years ago because this company completely turned things around. After some initial frustration regarding communication and service areas, they reached out and made things right. They came out and fixed my deck completely, showing a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. On top of that, they gave me a very fair price for the work.
