Extremely poor customer service and no regard for customer time.

I could not be happier with my experience with Federal Fireplace! From making the appointment on the phone with a very polite young woman, to the finished work by Derek, all was absolutely perfect! Very professional with a respectful cost. I highly recommend!

From start to finish, this was a great experience. The sales team and the onsite crew were outstanding. We had a construction project that required changes to timing and scope, and it was never an issue. They were transparent, communicative, and showed up on time. I recommend this team. Easy 5/5 stars.
