Matt Smith was fantastic. Friendly, honest and helpful. Really appreciated him! Service cost was on the high end, especially for a water tank that is still under warranty, parts were free but the labor charge was over $1000. $250 for initial visit plus $180 more to just come out a second time because a part had to be delivered (just to show up, not work) plus almost $600 worth of labor. Job took less the 2 hours. But that wasn’t Matt’s fault, he was cool. Even helped save us a little. 5 stars
