I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating. I’ve taken off work twice for scheduled appointments, and no one showed up either time. No communication, no accountability. When they did come out previously, the work was poor. The door was “patched” multiple times instead of properly fixed, and it keeps breaking again.
