This company is terrible. Lazy, incompetent and unprofessional. We were assigned this company by our home warranty company unfortunately. We have had a total of 4 appointments with this company. Initial visit was to “diagnose” the problem. Ok, went fine. Eric ordered the parts and gave us a date for repair. Come time for the repair, I get a call 5 mins before the end of the appointment window with him telling me he has to cancel the appointment because there was an issue with his certificate of

Horrible to get a hold of, horrible for them to return a phone call. Bad business, stay away from them!!

Asked to have a technician come out for microwave and garbage disposal. Ended up opting to have the microwave repaired but not the garbage disposal. Was charged $75 "service call fee" for the garbage disposal, even though we hired them for the microwave. The microwave that they fixed ended up having the same problem 3 days later, despite us having paid $130 for repair. $200 spent for nothing. Definitely feel scammed and will not be using the company again.
