Freddie came out to do an estimate. He was honest and straightforward. I didn't feel as though I was being sold something I didn't need. I had previously had the other big waterproofing companies out and they quoted $16k for work that only "might" solve a problem they weren't able to clearly diagnose. Freddie spent time with me even after it was clear he wasn't getting the job. Stand-up guy and will definitely call back if I need services in the future.
