Called Jack to schedule an appointment to install some dimmer switches and review the garage wiring. He said he could not make it today, but tomorrow. WAITED and WAITED - NO phone call, text, nothing. NO rescheduling, NO response of any kind, just faded away... He is technically competent, but a no show, no care contractor.
