Travis was amazing to work with and so was the crew that came out to do the actual install. Both my cousin and myself got our windows replaced by Factory Ditect Windows. Highly recommend!

I used Factory Direct to replace glass door and two windows in my primary bedroom. The door was by Windoor, it efficiently blocks the heat out and the door is east facing, it slides open and closed easily and the installer, Jake did an amazing job with making the door seamlessly fit to the opening and sealing where needed. The windows installed are alslide, the are good windows I've only had them a few days but they are doing good with keeping heat out. I plan to have the rest of the house done
