Absolutely terrible service. Pickups were never punctual, multiple days were skipped without notice, and then they charged for extra pickups after missing their own schedule. On top of that, they tack on unnecessary overage fees and provide zero customer support. I canceled the service two months ago and their dumpster is still sitting in my parking lot like an eyesore. I’ve called and texted countless times and no one responds. Extremely unprofessional.
