Our home was built in 1989 with half of it having a slanted roof with Mexican clay tiles and the rest of it is a flat roof with drainage off the sides of the house. Some of the tiles were cracked and there were leaks in three places every time there was a hard rain. A different roofing company was paid to fix this 4 years ago, but it still leaked. We looked at different products to replace all the clay tiles and chose Brava tiles which look like clay tiles but are made from recycled plastic.
