Update: The project is finished and it is beautiful. The workers were all wonderful. I am concerned that a licensed electrician did not do the electrical work. It passed inspection, so fingers crossed. I never saw the project manager again, so communication continued to be an issue. A third footing was not needed, so I was given a credit along with $200 for my trouble. (The office asked me twice to change my review.) Exterior perfections just finished converting our balcony to a 4-seasons sun-room and we are very happy with the end result!
