This was one of the most frustrating booking experiences I’ve had. The Google bot asked a ton of questions, allowed me to pick a date and time, and only after finishing everything did it say the slot wasn’t available. That’s unacceptable. Don’t make customers jump through hoops for an appointment that doesn’t even exist.
