I shopped around and Excite provided some of the best pricing available, but what really sold me was how knowledgeable and helpful the entire team was. They were incredibly responsive throughout the installation, and the system has been working perfectly. I’ve already seen a dramatic reduction in my PG&E bill. Updated review: Following my initial review, Heath reached out and provide a firm timeline for project and inspection completion. The Excite team met that timeline, and communication about the project became more proactive and regular. Based on this improved service, I would recommend Excite to friends and family. Prior review: - TL;DR: I’m left with the impression that Excite overpromises and under delivers, and is not truly concerned for its customers outside of getting paid. I am hoping thei
