I have been a client for years and when I need new equipment they are very responsive. The weekly service is horrible. They clean my filter in the pea gravel dog run rather than the dirt a few feet from the filter. I have had to clean up after them and replace the pea gravel each time. After complaining the response was basically a who cares if we damage your property… Zero customer service
