Tony arrived promptly and recommended a garage door tune-up. He noticed that the garage door weight was not balanced, which was putting extra pressure on the opener. I feel that he extended the life of our garage door opener, instead of trying to rip us off by telling us we needed to buy a new one (as I feel a lot of other larger scale businesses would do).
