We were charged for for 6 months after using one time. After talking to customre service we were able to be refunded but they will save you're card info and sell it to someone else and they will try to charge you after the fact. While they might help you when things go wrong this is not somone I would trust my vacation with

Please update the app to show that the chargers are no longer publicly accessible since the Whole Foods closed!!

Since the whole foods is no longer in the building, I do not think the chargers are publicly accessible anymore. I could not open the garage door on a Sunday morning.
