User interface is even more pathetic than other “brands.” Card reader doesn’t work, communication between car and charging station, charging station and server, and server and phone is flaky and annoying. It took me a half an hour to start charging.

Did not work. Called customer service and the only thing they said they could do was to restart the station, but that was not possible because there was another car charging at the same time. Another awful EV go experience.
