After a horrible experience with another supposed lawn company, we hired EGC, and they did a wonderful job. The 40 x 60-foot area had been covered with clay, so Elijah and his crew brought in several loads of good soil and a load of sifted topsoil. They raked the entire area by hand to remove any small balls of clay, then aerated it, seeded it with fescue, covered it with straw, and kept it watered twice daily while we were away. The grass is now growing fantastically and will soon be ready
