Tech got here on time, checked the safety sensors and travel settings, and found the sensors were knocked out of alignment and the close force was set too sensitive. Realigned the sensors so the light stayed solid, dialed back the force setting, and tested it with a 2x4 on the ground. Stops and reverses right now like it should, and closes all the way
