No high pressure sales tactics. You can actually speak with the owner and they do what they say from start to finish. I've had my gutters for a little over a month. We had a week of rain shortly after installation. The gutters worked great and surprisingly quiet. The installers were very conscientious about the aesthetics of the gutters, downspout locations, and the overall quality of their work. Great job to all!
