We used Euroclean years ago & had a great experience. Something with their quality control or training must’ve changed, because this time was rough. We hired them for 2 move-out cleans - completely empty units (a condo & an apartment). 1-star experience from start to finish. Their process now requires you to meet the cleaner at the unit before they will send quote, assuming to assess filth level, size, etc. - a tad inconvenient but understandable policy.
