Elite did a major repair on my garage door 18 months ago, and now a sensor wire came loose, and they happily came out to fix it. David was very helpful.
Work was done professionally, and on time. However, I was disappointed by the wide discrepancy in the quoted charges vs actual charges. Make sure they explain the charges clearly. When I complained to the manager, they fixed it immediately.
Dave did an excellent job. Quick and efficient also assisted with garage door opener settings.
