I had an ice maker in an off-brand refrigerator quit producing ice. Mike was very responsive when I called and came by to install a new one I already had on hand the next day. When I was still having issues, he was quick to swing back by and check everything out. Everything works now and we have ice! Very friendly and capable. I highly recommend!
