Great communication (quick to respond to email, provide quote, set appt date); great customer service. They are pretty busy and booked a few weeks out but they squeezed us in since we thought we had a simple wiring issue with a fan we tried to install ourselves. The wiring was not straightforward (old house) and was more complicated than it should have been. Waiting for Austin Energy to approve the permit and schedule the power off/on is what causes the time frame. Once scheduled, everyone was on time and the job was safely completed in about four hours.
