We had Erwin Pool Care out on the Aug the 12th to help with a pool pump issue. Our regular pool guy was out on vacation and we needed help sooner than they would be back (probably would have had a green pool lol). We contacted a couple other company's without response and saw Erwin was still open. Scheduling was easy and he was able to come out fairly quickly, contacted Sat out on Mon. Chad was on time, and contacted me while he was a just a few minutes out so I could wrangle the dogs. Fix was

Stood us up for 3 times in 3 weeks then bailed last minute again this morning again. Trash company save yourself the hassle and go with someone where they respect the customer and do what they say they will.
