Huge shout out to the team at ERS Shading. Our shutters malfunctioned. I had assumed they would need to wait for parts, but they were able to fix them on their first trip to our home. I was super impressed with their service. One note: If you're considering buying a product from ERS, plan ahead. They get their products from Europe and there can be a pretty long wait time. Other than that, I highly recommend!

We've had ERS complete two projects for us so far. A new installation at one location and a fabric replacement on three awnings at another. One awning was a custom oversize. Friendly, efficient, great communication, absolutely no complaints.
