Kathy & Neil really came through for us on a last minute urgent request! We were in a very tight spot with a looming inspection on our fire suppression system that could have severally impacted our operations. They adjusted their schedules and got the work completed sooner than anticipated. Their flexibility and attentiveness to our needs went well beyond expectations.
