Paid 37000.00 was to have 16 support jack in stalled and a French drain system along with incapaltion of a crawl space I am 72 years old widow. When my grandson went under the house I have 6 jacks installed upside down with no footing cut wrong seams untapped and part of the floor not covered with coverings trash left under the house did I ever get taken

We are so excited to have our basement waterproofed now after a couple issues that held us back from finishing and enjoying our extra space. The following are observations, not criticisms! Every picture on the internet, regardless of the company, show "finished" basements after waterproofing. What I failed to realize was that the cementing process needs as much as a week to dry, which meant that whatever was collected in the center (washer, dryer, table and shelving), initially covered up, were left for a week.
