My experience with this company was frustrating to say the least. There was no communication or follow up. I experienced bad customer service; I was given two previsit appointments and no one confirmed or canceled. I had to reach out to the project manager who was no help at all they did not bother to confirm the appointment or ask if anyone showed up. When I requested a refund they did not ask why or my experience. For this I could have found a person directly. I would not recommend this compan
Dayne was honest in his assessment of the work that was needed even though it meant that I wasn’t going to choose his company. His honesty makes me trust him.
I am complaining big time about this company and the installation has not even been done yet. I needed fence installed and contacted Home Depot and they gave me Ergeon-I spoke to Julio and received the estimate. I was waiting for the insurance check and decided to use my Home depot charge--no problem so far. The came in trying to contact the company to get my installation date. I called their number and received a message saying the person handling my acct was not available--they are never avail
Did a video call with Victor today. The quality of the video was good and he was very informative. He was able to give me detailed answers to all my questions and was clear on what is to be expected during the fence replacement.

AVOID this company at all costs. I think many of their positive reviews must have been written by bots. Unfortunately, my neighbor and I used them. I was going through a busy period in life and I let my neighbor choose the company. HUGE mistake. Then, I didn’t trust my gut when a big red flag came up.
