It's unfortunate I have to give one star. They deserve to have stars taken away. Absolutely ridiculous the lack of service I've been provided by this company. First, the technician doesn't call or show up during provided service window, I called three times today and each time was told "we'll contact the tech and have them call you." The MOST RUDE man EVER!! DO NOT HIRE!!! I made an appt through my Lowes/GE washing machine warranty and chose this place because it was in OC as opposed to LA. There was a mix up between my household as to who was going to be at home to let him in. I'm at work trying to fix the situation as he is blowing me up with multiple calls. Once I finally spoke to him he was nothing but unpleasant, impolite, rude and was yelling at me. I told him to forget about us and hung up.

Edmunds came to our home after another company replaced the control panel on our washing machine. The first company did not do a check to make sure it worked, so Edmunds came out very quickly and had parts with him. He replaced the springs on the machine. He did do a test on it which showed it was fine. That evening I did a load of laundry and the issue with the machine was not fixed.
