Xxavier is the best technician

I'm absolutely shocked at how much this company charge. The inspection was pricey, but they then quoted me over $1200 to remove one raccoon and block the chimney. No way! I called around to 4 other pest management services and they were ALL under $600. The report was also very brief with no mention of raccoon activity under the bathroom floor, so not only are they are total rip-off, they're not even thorough with their reporting.
