I was initially impressed with this roofing company — they were quick to come out and give me a very fair estimate. That’s where the good experience ended. After that first visit, they completely disappeared. I called multiple times to follow up, and every time I spoke to someone, they acted surprised and said, “They didn’t come out and fix that yet? Brett and Enhanced Roofing are very professional. They showed up as promised and was very courteous and helpful in pinpointing the problem. I was under the impression that we needed major work done on my own roof but that wasn’t necessary and I appreciate their honesty. They did make some minor repairs and I am very happy with his service. Enhanced roofing also serviced a few of the rentals I manage and did a great job! Highly recommend them and I will continue to refer them.
