RTI came to our renovation project where we were installing a significant built-in sound and surveillance system. A $100k project! We never heard from them. Weeks later I follow up with them where over a week goes by and they do not respond to my email. I call and tell them that if this is the way they service their customers perhaps this is not a good fit for us. Next thing I know their Director finally sends me an email stating they cannot fit our project into their schedule. SO WHY WAST
