Terrible customer service.

I’ve been trying to access my account through their mobile app for over a month. Nothing but excuses. Ironically, they’re paying themselves from my checking account with auto pay. Called customer service. Talked to Gisele. She was more interested in defending the tech department than she was in apologizing to the customers of Enbridge for the crappy service, crappy mobile app, and crappy behavior. If I could change gas companies, I would, but since I can’t, I’m leaving this review to warn anyone

I went to your office looking for costumer Service office and was notified that does not exist. I couldn’t communicate with my phone with Enbridge because Enbridge did not accept my area code. When I enter through the door a young blond male employee opened the door for me. At the desk there were Nichole and Alexa who greet me. Heard what I had to say and help me in the best possible way. They connected me, using Nichole’s phone, to costumer service and the gentleman that assisted me solved my p
