They just had to do gas line repairs in the middle of wi ter when people need there gas it's very cold. They turned our gas off to do there repairs but now they can't get our furnace to come back on. They can't get the pilot light to work so we have no heat. This repair They did could have waited till summer

This is sickening. I only use them for gas and my gas bill keeps going up almost by $60 every month. Explain that. My temperature has never been at 75 only once the fast month I moved in. My first bill was $67 then it kept going up and up. Now it’s $190??? How sick!! I understand the snow in charlotte made our bills go up but $190 for just heat on a 3 bed house??
