Empire AV responded quickly to my inquiry about setting my hard-of-sight mother up with a voice controlled system in her new home. Eric was incredibly communicative and was able to get her on the schedule almost immediately. The install was seamless and he was incredibly patient with my mom in setting up the system. What a great experience. My first interaction was with Jared. We had major issues with ATT internet and we were tired of the non service from them. We also wanted to cut the cable and go to streaming services which was impossible with ATT. Jared came out - offered several solutions - promptly sent a quote. Installation done today by Jared and Erik- all TVs set up. Ended up not needing as much network equipment and was given a refund on my bill. Professional - willing to answer questions- no over
