They did a great job on a simple problem in the past. This time not so much! It cost me $500 for them to tell me they couldn't help and "it was the city's problem". City told me to call a real plumber. Next plumber fixed the problem first time around and for less!!

When I called the lady on the phone was professional and told me everything I needed to know ,and when they came and looked at the job professional and honest from start to finish I would highly recommend for service.

Drain saver could be renamed life--savers. We had a sudden backup in two upstairs toilets and shower. We called our plumber who referred us to Drain Saver. Within less than an hour Fernando and Richard were at our house, assessing the problem, and fixing a badly backed up main pipe that caused flooding downstairs. It was a bear of a job they did quickly, professionally. They were delightful and remarkably clean. I recommend them without reservation.

From answering service to actual plumber/service visit, a very professional service. Always polite, courteous, explains necessary work, cleans up thoroughly, and professional. Have used a number of times for various work, and would not hesitate to call again.
