Horrible group, “Emergency Plumber LLC” doesn’t have a physical location, it’s a scam. Carlos took my elderly parents for hundreds in repairs, then refused week after week to come complete the repairs he charged them for. We had all parts, there were no excuses; you could hear the guy at the bar. Worst experience ever, would never deal with this group or Carlos again.
