Our rep is great, very responsive and helpful. Will recommend to anyone interested in sparkling/still water system. Repair techs always helpful and worked with my in house team to get repairs expedited.

DO NOT RENT FROM EMERALD WATER unless you want faulty equipment with absolutely NO SERVICE. I have placed numerous service requests that have gone unanswered for months. We have several machines in four of our offices and one would think a business would like to keep a large, paying customer at lease somewhat happy, but this business clearly feels they are under no obligation to service their equipment. If you are looking for a water dispenser PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE
