I scheduled an appointment with Emerald Lawn Care to get a quote for lawn services. Their sales representative no-call, no-showed twice. I can understand missing the first appointment, things happen. However, missing a second scheduled appointment without any call, text, or follow-up is extremely unprofessional. My time is valuable, and basic communication should be the bare minimum when working with potential customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service
