When the "smartlock" at my Airbnb malfunctioned and I was locked out, Giorgi arrived within 30 minutes and got the door open in less than 5 minutes. It wasn't cheap at $280 ($125 for the service call and $155 to open the door), but that's probably standard and I appreciated the fast response.
