This company has repeatedly violated local laws and ordinances. They began their project without providing any notice to residents and trespassed onto private front lawns. Water meter boxes were installed on private property without first reaching a mutually agreed-upon location, in direct violation of Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) rules and regulations. This occurred while many of the homes were vacant, under renovation, or being rented, making it easier for them to bypass proper consent
