Beware of construction defects. I represented a buyer here and upon inspection there were several defects discovered. Several doors out of plumb, kitchen cabinets not square, floor out of level over a half inch in the width of the front door, air vent returns not square with the framing, counters not polished, block wall columns not plumb, window sills not level, and more.
