There's a certain level of respect humans treat other humans with, even if they're upset with them, but this customer lacked that decorum. The way he would speak to me was as if I was worthless, no better than a household pet. He would accuse me of lying to him, not knowing what I'm doing, or any other confrontational thing he could come up with in the moment.
