I trusted what the technician told me, I spent close to $1000 for a garage door motor that has continuously broke time and time again it also does not fit flush, the problem immediately started after installation and now it’s been a year and a half and it’s still terrible. Broke today. I’m afraid I’m going to have to replace the thing again this company. Do not use this Co. Not cool Zach.

Elk Grove Doors might be good if you are buying a new door from them, but they definitely are horrible when you have them come out for a repair. John and his worker supposedly fixed a broken spring and when they didn’t return our call to replace burned out opener, we found out the springs they used are too small. Spoke with John, he would schedule to come out, then he ghosted us! Absolutely terrible customer service!

I have been using EG Overhead door for about 10 years. I first used them for my gates, when I managed residential properties. I now manage commercial properties and I call them for everything from gate issues to roll up doors. John is great! I highly recommend them to anyone that has any type of door/gate issues.
