Austin did a great job. Polite and friendly, but being seniors on social security wasn't thrilled about paying $950. But had to be done.

Excellent customer service!

We called Elitte out to service our tank, a tech came out, poked around for 10 min and said he couldn't find the tank. Several days later we got a bill for $175 for the 10-minute trip charge. Then was told it would be $300/hr to put a camera down to find the tank. Doing some research I found another company (Stinky Pinky) that came out, and found the tank in 10 min with no problems, no service fee or trip fee. They only charged to pump. Moral of the story- don't waste your money on this company.
