Im giving this company 0 star. The technician named Nick charged me $690 for a 5 year inspection and )$165 to come back to fix a timing problem which should have been done during the inspection. During the 2nd visit he broke a seal and promised to come back to replace it. It been 3 months since. I kept calling the office but they refuse to come back claiming they don’t have a technician available. In the meantime, my plumbing pipes are getting corrosion all over. Been with Elite for many Years. There busy so give them a break on time. Nick is very knowable on R O systems. Main thing is get them serviced at least yearly. For good water. The office staff is helpful, pleasant, with good humor . Elite keeps you updated on arrival time. Do your self a favor and have Elite water installe a new system . U will glad U did.
