Bob never emailed me the inspection report with the details of the job to be done or email any photos or videos of what he saw in the crawlspace like he said he would do.

They did a beautiful job with our crawlspace. We previously had a lot of standing water, and they fixed it. They put in a french drain with sub pumps, fully encapsulated and insulated the crawl space, and installed a dehumidifier. The workers were all very professional and they got the work done on time. I would suggest having an electrician verify that you have room on your electric panel before the work is done just so you know exactly how much the full project will cost.
