Elite Generators is a great company. My previous technician at another company did a miserable job servicing our new generac. So I shopped every company in the San Fernando Valley and Elite Generators was the only company that gave me a full breakdown of everything they do to service the generator on a twice yearly basis. regretfully this company is not good with customer service. i have called and emailed and each time it feels like i have to run after them. I will look for an alternative company.

Got a generator installed back in September. Great company. Jeff (I belief the owner of the company) without hesitations satisfied all my requests, Jazz was very helpful scheduling, keeping in touch with me and she even applied for extended warranty with Generac in my behalf.
